Service Checklist:
- Check vent for blockage.
- Record the make, model, and serial number of units for customer file (for future service information).
- Clean heat exchanger and firebox.
- Remove glass, clean glass, and inspect gasket and glass.
- Vacuum logs, remove logs, and inspect logs for cracked and broken logs.
- Clean and inspect burner and pilot orifice.
- Clean and inspect thermocouple and thermopile.
- Test unit and controls (verifying proper flame pattern).
- Test convection blower.
- Replace batteries in remote and receiver.
- Check wall switch (if applicable).
- Inspect wiring connections.
- Check manifold pressure (if applicable).
- Decorate for visual appearance.
